Putting my two cents into the activation blizzard lawsuit. The space that was created there is not something unique to just them. Its common in almost all western game studios. Most people who would want to make games have this idea that games are for boys and if a girl is there its to be with a gamer guy. This needs to end and if this is what starts it please let's get this right thr first time. (Eastern have there own problems but not for rn.)
