Sometimes, I set my Apple Watch to ‘mind and body’ or ‘other’ when I am doing things just to see what kind of activity awards and points I’ll receive.
Sitting in my bath just now scored me > 300 points. An hour at work getting up/down/performing procedures usually gives me >200.
It’s my new game.
Am I riding solo in ranking my activity points for unloading groceries, scrubbing tubs/toilets? Because even with all the above activity, I get jack squat for my activity rings….
