Apparently making a flag cake to come out in a fun way that makes coming out a little easier is actually flaunting my sexuality and bragging and shoving it in my dad's face and how dare I make him uncomfortable like that with food coloring. How dare I have a flag. Because flags are soooo scary. I'm so done. This is the best reaction I can expect from my family. I actually can't come out to my extended family. Because that was the best reaction I could've gotten and it's only downhill from here. :')

The really fun part about realizing after 2.5 decades that you’re bi and ace is looking back over the years and going, “Oh. OH. Welp, looks like I had crushes on SO MANY PEOPLE and didn’t actually realize it because heteronormativity. Yes, I admire that woman and think she’s wonderful--I ALSO HAVE A CRUSH ON HER.”

It puts a lot of my fandom stuff into a whole new light. Not to mention certain of my RL relationships...
