Tv girl tomtord (aka taters early stage tomtord)
I wish a terrible Pride month to all the straight people pretending to be gay, to all the kinksters inflitrating our communities as if homosexuality was a perversion, to all the trans people who redefine our sexual orientation to validate their identity, to all the people and organisations who promote the rape by deception of gay men by trans identified women, shame lesbians for not wanting dicks, push lesbians toward full on males and call homosexuality a "preference", to all the therapists willing to sterilise and medicalise young gays and lesbians in the name of gender conformity, to all the people trying to convert homosexuals either via literal torture or social pressure to "try", and to every person who fetishize homosexuality to the point of transitionning.
I could go on but that's enough for today.
as someone who was deeply shy, incredibly emotional, immensely socially anxious, a very closeted bisexual, and masking their autism every single day, i relate/my inner teen relates to nakamura so much. oh my god, kill me.
on the eve of pride i was given sophie nélisse in a suit as the lesbian old gods have blessed me
being bisexual is seeing both straight and gay people talk about sexuality like it’s a binary and being weirded out.
being nonbinary is seeing men and women talk about gender like it’s a binary and being weirded out.
being bisexual and nonbinary is seeing most other people talk about core parts of your identity like they are either afterthoughts or simply don’t exist and knowing that they’re wrong but still somehow questioning your lived reality due to the omnipresent idea that sexuality and gender are binaries.

Happy pride month everyone!!! Also, this post is in memory of Jonathan Joss (John Redcorn) who was killed in Texas for being gay one year ago today. May he rest in peace.
Ps. Fuck JK Rowling (movies, fanart, some of the actors, and fanfics are fine)
out of genuine curiosity, bisexuals — why do you identify as bisexual, rather than omnisexual (all with a preference), pansexual (all without preference), or ply/polysexual (multiple but not all)? i'm bisexual myself, i'm just wondering what the reasons may often tend to be, plus it could be nice to have the data collected if someone asks i suppose
