The Sect Light

Whether or not you were born during the day or night can have a profound influence on your chart and the way that it manifests in your life. This is actually a lot more pervasive than I’ll explain here, but as a basic concept it can be useful for experimentation. 

If you were born during the daytime (Sun in houses 7-12 or above the Asc/Dsc axis) the Sun is raised to higher importance in your chart, and it’s more likely that you’ll resonate with your solar self.

If you were born during the nighttime (Sun in houses 1-6 or below the Asc/Dsc axis) the Moon is raised to higher importance in your chart, and it’s more likely that you’ll resonate with your lunar self.

You can see that although this is relatively simple it can be very effective, and indeed shifts the focus of a chart quite drastically. Using the sect light as a jumping off point for the chart can lead you to a greater understanding of the actual manifestations of a persons life.

Beware of scams

So not to get super serious, but I genuinely almost fell for this scam because I’m not in my right mind right now (because of lack of sleep) but I really, REALLY want to stress that this is a scam. Thank god my working brain kicked in after I already changed the account email, realized this isn’t what a professional account holder would be like, and also the “tumblr support guy” was on discord, and asked for my personal info (full name, dob, etc) and I finally realized that they will NEVER ask you for that personal info, so I looked it up on Reddit and yes, it is a scam. Don’t trust google ai overview btw because it said “oh don’t worry it’s not a scam” smh but thank GOD I offhandedly mentioned this to one of my discord friends who immediately shook some sense into me. I was still logged in, so I changed my account back to its normal email and contacted actual tumblr support. They said that yes, this IS a scam, do not fall for it they’re trying to steal your info. Thank god for my discord friend I couldn’t imagine what have happened if he didn’t knock some sense into me.

It's only been the second day of school and there are fundamentalists at my college, preaching hate right in the center of the campus. The worst part is that these BARBARIANS are protected by the first amendment. Some people shouldn't have the freedom of speech if they're trying to oppress the freedom of others. They don't DESERVE that privilege of speaking freely; this privilege isn't based on anything arbitrary like skin color, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or age. It's based on something legitimate like intelligence and humanity, and not everyone possesses those qualities of being intelligent or humane. I don't want to hear how judging intellect or humanity is subjective, nor do I want to hear that this is just my opinion on these buffoons. Saying that someone deserves the right to speak freely because they are human and alive is just as arbitrary as taking away this right from someone because of their skin color. You have to EARN that right. It's so hard to say these things out loud like "not everyone deserves the right to vote" or "not everyone should have the freedom of speech". Everyone assumes I want a dictatorship because I want to take away the rights of low and uneducated people.
