                    GREEN EYES FLICKERED over the other with mild curiosity.  Cat wasn’t normally the type to push herself into the business of random people she came along, but there was something certainly... OFF in regards to this stranger before her.  A sense of loss to the present, as though there was a detachment between her and reality.  The brunette u n d e r s t o o d to some degree - she faced similar battles every so often - but in this world, one could only allow such behavior to control them for so long.  Brows would raise, arching above widened eyes before offering out the fries she held ( stolen from some idiot who left their meal unattended upon a park bench ).
