i thought it apt to speak upon my beliefs and understanding of the spawn as i have requested the information of others. many things are similar, but i find there are some differences.
for me, the spawn is not just life, but the embodiment of life and death, specially in the cycle. all living beings go through the cycle of life, death and rebirth, and every stage is just as important as the rest. one can show their devotion to the spawn by cherishing the gift of the stage of life and showing the utmost respect and care to those soon to pass onto the next stage and the deceased. all of the stages, of course, are gifts in their own way — the gift of life allowing one to enjoy all that life has to offer, the gift of death allowing one rest after their life, and the gift of rebirth in order to continue anew.
additionally, the spawn is everywhere as life is everywhere — in the plants growing outside, with the birds and the bugs and all other living beings, with the decomposers and the microbes and the delicate strings holding it all together. all is part of the spawn, because the spawn is life. the spawn, too, is in things that cause disaster, illness and death. thus is the cost of a perfect duality, as you cannot have joy without pain, life without death. a life of nothing but joy by no means a good one as everything would be exactly the same, after all.
even the seasons themselves are part of the cycle of life (late spring, summer, early fall), death (late fall, winter) to rebirth (early spring). it's all part of the spawn's loving plan.
