I DID IT!
Great news! After an extended holiday due to work being slow this time of year (and a week off because of injuries) I have finally managed to adopt the triphasic sleep pattern!
I don’t know how I’ll be able to achieve the uberman with work starting next week but I’ve come to far to turn back now. Full spiritual enlightenment is almost within my grasp.
