Can we stop shitting on people for having “childish” diets. Like, I don’t really care if my diet resembles that of a fussy child if it means I can eat at all and it’s none of your fucking business what I can and can’t eat and why!? Leave us the fuck alone.
Remember that just because a taste is unfamiliar or different to your expectations, it doesn’t mean it’s bad or that you don’t like it
Getting real tired of having a lifelong eating disorder
All those rules you have about what you can and can’t eat and when you can and can’t eat them? All those rules that contradict each other and have no solid unbiased logic to them? Throw them away! Who says you can’t eat the same food twice in a day, or two days in a row? Who says you can’t eat certain foods for breakfast or can’t eat past a certain time? If any of those rules are stopping you from eating then they are actively unhealthy. Going against the rules you’ve set yourself is healthier than not eating at all.

It always makes me happy when someone has clearly just discovered ARFID for the first time and suddenly things make more sense. I remember that feeling a couple of years ago when I started this blog. It’s comforting.
