I’m a pretty stressful person and i actually tend to overthink and worry a lot. I’ve taken this before Influenster sent this to me and it works. I particualrly like to use this when I have something big and important the next day and use it to help me get a full nights rest. I has found it way on my nightstand in those emergent cases.
