Frightful Presence Each creature of the dragon’s choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon’s Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Gravity Breath (Recharge 7 Rounds) The dragon lets out a powerful blast of gravitational force in a 150 foot cone that is 15 feet long. Every creature within that line must make a DC 25 Reflex Save or take 175 force damage (35d10) on a failed save, or half on a successful save. Those affected must also make a constitution save DC 28 or be crushed.
Legendary Actions: Detect, the dragon makes a Perception (Wisdom) check Tail Attack, the dragon makes a tail attack Wing Attack, The dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 15 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 27 Dexterity saving throw or take 21 (3d6 + 12) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.
Extra Abilities These are innate spell like abilities that Ankokoushin can uniquely use
Shape-shifting - Ankokoushin is able to transform into a variety of creatures through magical will. He often takes the form of a tall human with black hair and glowing red eyes. Many believe his eyes to be that of a demon and not a dragon.
Gravity Crushing Black Coffin After a short incantation Ankokoushin is able to surround the battlefield in absolute darkness for an area up to 50 feet. Within this field of darkness heavy gravitational energy begins to crush and apply itself to everything caught within the field. This deals gradual damage over time as gravity is increased from its normal state to as far as 100 times regular gravity. All those caught within must make effective constitution saves based on the level of gravitational force. It is possible to escape this field by trying to find where it ends but it is difficult due to it be absolute darkness with no light. If it reaches to 100 times Gravity nothing can survive the crushing force and is instantly killed.

The Four Fangs of the Dragon Ankokoushin has a twisted variant of his brothers “Four Runes” that he calls “The Four Fangs of the Dragon” these rely on darker and heavier emotional triggers and as a result have more power but are easier to evade.
1st Fang: Rage of the Dragon of Darkness Trigger: Ankokoushin is at ¾ maximum HP Ankokoushin lets out a powerful and angry roar as energy builds up in his body. This energy is then expelled in a massive blast in a 120 foot radius around Ankokoushin dealing 100 force damage (25d8) to everything in the radius. DC 28 Dexterity save for half damage, DC 30 Constitution save to avoid being crushed by the force of gravity.
2nd Fang: Despair of the Dragon of Darkness Trigger: Ankokoushin is at ½ maximum HP Ankokoushin unleashes a cry full of despair sending a powerful wailing cry across the battlefield covering it in absolute darkness for a 150 foot radius around him. While it does no initial damage like Gravity Crushing Black Coffin this area builds up gravity in the area and those caught within the radius must try to escape. As well all those who heard the dreadful wail must made a DC 33 Wisdom Save to avoid loosing all heart for the battle and simply giving up
3rd Fang: Hatred of the Dragon of Darkness Trigger: Ankokoushin is at ¾ Maximum HP Ankokoushin is filled with pure malice and hatred towards his opponents and builds up all the energy he can into his body unleashing an immense blast of force and gravity energy. A cone of 200 feet wide that is as long as 30 feet this massive burst of energy deals 498 force damage (83d12) with a DC 35 Dexterity save for half damage. As well they must make a DC 40 Fortitude Save to withstand the 10 times gravity increase from the blast.
4th Fang: Vengeance of the Dragon of Darkness Trigger: Ankokoushin is near death (death within 2 rounds) Ankokoushin is full of emotion and puts his everything into this one final attack. Unleashed a dread roar over the battlefield it becomes covered in absolute darkness, but unlike the normal gravity fields this one begins immediately at 5 times gravity requiring an initial DC 25 Constitution save to avoid being crushed. Following the eclipse, Ankokoushin builds up all his remaining energy and health and unleashes a massive 500 foot cone of gravity energy that is 40 feet long and deals 1000 total force damage (100d20) plus all remaining HP but 1 that requires a DC 45 dexterity save to take half damage as well as a follow up DC 40 constitution save to survive the immediate increase to 10 times normal gravity. After unleashing this attack Ankokoushin is spent and has 1 remaining HP. He then falls asleep within 2 rounds and sleeps for 13d12 years.
Sealing Ankokoushin is vulnerable like his brother to being sealed away in weapons. However unlike his brother he will fight and resist it often times twisting and warping the weapon to look like something evil or out of a demons personal armory.

Roaring Thunder Dragons Cannon - After a brief incantation, Raikoushin is able to unleash this alternate breath weapon that strikes with both sonic and electrical damage. It can only be used once per encounter as it can be heavily taxing. It has a range of 210 feet with a 10 foot wide spread. All those caught in the line take 84 sonic and 84 electric damage for a grand total of 168 damage (28d12). DC 30 reflex save to take half damage.
Four Runes of The Dragon Raikoushin created a powerful and unqiue magical ability known as "The Four Runes" that draw heavily on the body but can be devistating.
1st Rune: Lightning Dragons Pain Use when Raikoushin reaches 3/4 Maximum HP Raikoushin channels electrical energy into his tail and makes a large sweeping motion, unleashing a wave of electrical damage that is 100 feet wide and rolls on for about 50 feet. All those caught within the wave take 80 electrical damage (20d8) Reflex Save DC 25 for half damage.
2nd Rune: Lightning Dragons Sorrow Use when Raikoushin is at 1/2 Maximum HP Raikoushin lets out a loud and painful cry which causes storm clouds to gather and start raining down blasts of lightning. This lasts for 6 rounds (1d12) and each individual lightning bolt deals 25 damage (5d10) reflex save DC 16 for half damage
3rd Rune: Lightning Dragons Fury Use when Raikoushin is at 1/4 Maximum HP Raikoushin channels all his electrical energy and combines his Roaring Thunder Dragon Cannon and his breath weapon into one devistating and massive blast reaching out to 300 feet long with a 20 foot wide area to it. Anything caught within this blast takes 210 Electrical and 210 Sonic Damage for a total of 420 damage (70d12) reflex save DC 40 for half damage
4th Rune: Lightning Dragons Final Gambit Use when Raikoushin is at critical HP (Death within the next 2 rounds of combat) Raikoushin builds up all his remaining energy as well as health into one final devistating attack. While channeling this ability Raikoushin has a barrier around him that renders him Immune to all damage for 3 rounds. After the 3 rounds have passed the barrier condenses and forms around his maw as he unleashes one final devistating blast of golden electrical energy. This attack has a massive range of 300 feet long and 50 feet wide, all the energy channeled is immune to damage resistences and deals a massive 350 electrical damage as well as 350 sonic damage for a total of 700 damage + all remaning health but 1 (70d20) with a reflex save of 50 to take half damage. This attack cannot be completely evaded not even by the quickest of hero and will likely destroy any nearby civilizations. After this attack Raikoushin is left completely exhausted and with only 1 hit point and is increadibly fatigued, needing to sleep for 12d10 years.
Sword Sealing Due to an ancient orginization of monks Raikoushin is particularly vulnerable to sealing techniques and tends to have a fondness of swords. Even if he isnt "officially" sealed away there are times after using the 4th Rune he takes the form of an Elven Shortsword while he slumbers.
