From Tom : [Part 1] Extraordinary tale of human spirit and adversity.History in the making. This is my friend Hari .Hari lost both his legs in Afghanistan.He is attempting to set the WORLD RECORD for the highest double above the knee amputee(DAK) summit attempt on Mera Peak at6476 m.This will qualify him to make an Everest attempt in 2018 and make history.Not only to show that it can be done but in order to help others like him and us to be able to do the same should we desire.He is truly a legend.The journey is obviously going to be tough to say the least.Hari is an inspiration to us all.
