This cold, desolate world has nothing of value. A perfect place for yet another rich getaway, as this planet is one of the most popular retreat destination for the Bay's wealthy residents. Casinos, lavish shows, and bright lights cover the surface of this haven from the poor, standing as a testament to the glory of capitalism. It isn't entirely the super rich. While the majority of service based jobs are done by androids, a large population of working class folk live in suburbs outside of the massive retreat destinations. These workers keep the cities running smoothly, and ensure that the rich people have a very fun time losing millions of credits an hour.

One of the most infamous ghost planets in the entire cluster, this gas world was once a prosperous vapor colony. However, the drilling somehow woke up a few locals. Reports of creatures of unfathomable size swimming through the fog increased, until one showed its face. No one has seen it and lived, but video footage from the gas rig shows an enormous webbed figure with a spinning head of teeth blasting from the surface before boring down on the rig, swallowing its inhabitants and all but completly destroying it. The tooth marks found on the scrap recovered from the site revealed a corkscrew pattern, giving the creatures the nickname "drillers". Major companies quickly moved their business elsewhere, and the only residents now are the occasional biologist and hunters searching for the ultimate kill. While we wish them the best of luck, we highly recommend staying away from this planet at all costs.

This world is covered in vast seas of liquid nitrogen, pierced only occasionally by sharp spires of granite and basalt from ancient volcanoes. Local smuggling cabals often use this planet as a base, as minimal VAF presence allows them to lay low, if they can withstand the temperatures. While there are no legitimate industrial operations, there are several permanent residents in the form of escaped convicts. This planet is also popular with thrill seekers and adrenaline junkies, as the vast seas and spires allow for back country hang gliding. This sport is extremely dangerous, and the danger is compounded by the proliferation of criminals, with stories of gliders being held for ransom common among the circles of galactic adventurers.

One of the only non gaseous planets in the Adarka system, Quaram is the sprawling urban submarine capitol of the Vellian Intersystem Empire. As the political heart of the Vellian systems, Quaram serves a crucial role in the management of the empire. Covered entirely in a deep, vast sea of water, massive undersea cities and industrial complexes sprawl across the seafloor. Domestic industry is centered around the extraction of purple glass from the seafloor. Purple glass is a brilliant and clear material made from the discarded shells of deep sea prismatic organisms. It is used in pressure boundaries and other habitation technology, as well as viewports in spacecraft. The vast majority of the Adarkan population reside here, or on Leydon.

When steamtowns are mentioned, most people immediately think of Leydon. Made up entirely of pressurized water vapor, this planet is well known for its three dimensional landscape, with entire cities hanging in the thick fog around the planets core. While some steam extraction is done for domestic purposes, the majority of this planet's economy is tertiary, and it is famous for its sprawling urban centers and unique carefree lifestyle. While initially settled by the upper class, the cities that formed around the vacation homes of the powerful and wealthy became prosperous environments, and very alluring for would be immigrants. The temperate climate allows pressure domes to be bigger and more effective, and a complex system of steamliners move people to and from the hundreds of cities hanging in the fog.

Several independent steamers still operate on the surface, but no major investment has touched this planet since it was abandoned by SGH in the 50s. Now it stands as a testament to its time, a seldom remembered relic of a distant past. A ghost planet.
