I cannot enrol into my courses right now, there is an academic block on my record and this was already resolved weeks ago with speaking to my faculty. They said that it takes time for the block to be removed and I've been trying to be patient but the block is still not removed yet. I don't want to be annoying or disrespectful about this. What can I do?
Contact the Registrar’s Office, they’re the ones who remove blocks from student accounts. It shouldn’t take a week to remove a block from your account, usually it takes 48 hours from my experience.
