I accidentally enrolled in a course where they said I didn't had enough prerequisites so I'll be de-enrolled. Will this affect my tuition? Will they refund me? I'm more concerned about my finances (osap) than getting de-enrolled. TYIA

This may be a late response, but yes it does affect tuition if you do not drop the course in time. You will only get refunded if you dropped the course by the refund deadline.

I enrolled in courses before the april 17th redone courses, but I can't tell if Ive been affected in any way. I'm still enrolled in them in the REM module.

My enrolment access time says i can enroll in fall/winter 2019.... does this mean i cant enroll in winter 2020??? I’m assuming it would say fall/winter 2020 is i was allowed to enrol this year but i just wanted a second opinion before i try to call... (i have called and i am having a hard time trying to talk to anyone hence why I’m here)

That’s the enrollment time/date for last year (F/W 2019/2020). We are in Winter 2020 right now, and enrollment already closed for that back in Jan. If you’re referring to F/W enrollment for the next session (2020/2021) then I don’t think the enrollment time/dates have been released yet for anyone. I mean the course list isn’t even out for that session, so how will you enroll? So it’s actually pointless calling the Registrar’s Office about this. I would say to just be patient until the summer because enrollment for F/W 2020/2021 classes doesn’t start until June at the earliest for continuing students.

If you would like to enroll in courses, then currently you can only enroll in the summer term.

Hi there, I did not apply Osap this yr as I paid some amount however I have a financial block and want to change courses, does that mean I have to pay the full remaining amount? Thank you.

(same Anon that asked about adding 6 credits to my 90 credit degree) I currently have 84 credits and I'm taking 6 credits this s1 term. Do I petition before or after I complete the 90 credits (my GPA will be 5.00+)

Like I said, you should submit your petition right away, it takes time to hear back. If you were able to enroll in the summer course even after having 90 credits I’m not sure why you would need to petition. Usually, they block you from enrollment once you have 90 credits and don’t have a 5.0 GPA.

hi! so i had a question regarding psyc's rule against 3000 level courses. i only have about 40 credits and they wont let you take 3000 level courses unless you have 54 credits but i know a few people who have taken 3000 level classes despite having less than 54 credits. would they force drop the classes for you?

They can if they wanted to, but now I’ve noticed they’ve changed the system and REM doesn’t even allow you to enroll in courses if you don’t meet the prerequisites.
