Do you have a favorite paint method for props/weapons?

My history of props or weapons isn’t very huge, but the painting method I’ve been using is:1. GESSO prime and/or MOD PODGE prime2. Sanding3. Neutral Colour Paint Primer4. Sanding5. Mod Podge Primer (to fill in spots)6. Base Colour Spray Paint Primer7. TOP COAT Spray Paint (alternatively hand-painted Acrylics/TESTOR’s brand)8. AIRBRUSH definition (if needed)

any costumes planned for ALA 2015

as of right now my ALA 2015 line up is:

Shimizu (Haikyuu- volleyball uniform and/or the Nurses chapterbreak art)

Makishima (Yowamushi pedal)

Annie Leonhardt (snk- its my fave cosplay i’ll always bring her)

gunslinger Princess Peach (based on art by raspbeary)

punk Nurse Joy 

so far thats what i got =o= depending on how my body shape looks by january i may bring back Supergirl or fix up my fem Thor (most likely fem thor will be for Fanime tho)
