I haven’t seem all of TOS or movies but I don’t think a Captain has ever loved a starship more than Janeway loved Voyager.
Just the way she looks and talks about Voyager in Year of Hell part 2… she loves Voyager even when it’s a limping bucket of bolts.
She was never going to abandon Voyager, not while they were in the Delta Quadrant and not while she drew breath.
Janeway: This ship has been our home. It's kept us together. It's been part of our family. As illogical as this might sound, I feel as close to Voyager as I do to any other member of my crew. It's carried us, Tuvok. Even nurtured us. And right now it needs one of us.
She is Voyager.
