SPAM / SCAM WARNING!
A user called @holyberserker commented on a post from my main tumblr account asking me to message them urgently. I thought it was legit, so I messaged them, but right after that my main account got terminated without any warning from @staff @tumblr
The comment this user left was the following, posted around 12 AM on April 13 (GMT+2):
holyberserker Hey can you message me? I have something important to tell you its about to your account, but i cant message you idk whyy?? 💔
My main tumblr account was suddenly terminated without any warning or explanation. As soon as the issue occurred, I contacted @Tumblr Support, submitted a ticket, and provided all relevant details. However, I have still received no response, no updates, and no resolution.
Losing access to my account so abruptly, especially without any prior notice or clear reason, raises serious concerns about account safety and the lack of timely support. Meanwhile, the user responsible for the issue remains active and continues to cause problems. This is very disappointing Tumblr.
I'm sharing this so others are aware of how fragile account access can be and how limited the response from support currently is.
Just please be careful if you get similar messages.
If you don't know this account, don't interact with them. Don't follow their instructions, and definitely don't do anything outside of Tumblr because of them.

Update: After 2.5 days of submitting a support ticket to tumblr, my account was finally restored. However, during that time I received no updates, couldn't submit additional tickets, and had no certainty they would help. So if this happens to you (hopefully it doesn't) be patient.
