I give you so much credit for working with that insanely fluffy yarn. Because I have tried many times and I just don't have the patience for it.
It turns out pretty, but you’re right... it’s murder to work with. It’s been teasing me with it’s existence alone for months now.. and while I haven’t expressed it clearly, several times while working with it I’ve had the desire to set the whole mess on fire while cackling like a disney villain!

Nope, I think amazing is correct…

I second the amazing.
Dawww, thanks, you two. *^_^*
O'Keeffe & Rousseau
O'Keeffe: What is your favorite flower?
Lavender for smell, pansies for appearance!
Rousseau:What is your main philosophy in life?
I guess not to regret things. to do whatever i can to make myself happy, and not let myself be denied, either by other people or by my own pessimism.
ask me artist questions!!!
Crochety question, do you use regular hooks? Have you thought about getting one of those ergonomic handles that you can use with the hooks you have? Ignore this if you already use one, it just sprung to my mind when I saw that post :)
never found ergonomic hooks or hook handles that work with my huge hands.. so.. it's plain old aluminum for me.
adenpenn is joining in on the whispering in to the void about completing a blanket for ourselves this year.
This isn't a contest, there is no rush. Just a place to celebrate making something for ourselves for once.
Anyone else want to partake in the blanket void?
Crochet, knit, quilting, I think this could be a great way for some of us to de-stress and I'd love to see more people thinking about themselves sometimes. A type of self-care, I guess.
