Re: women playing in pre-season NHL games/NHL training camps. Goaltender Manon Rheaume played for the Lightning in the pre-season in 1992. Hayley Wickenheiser went to a Flyers training camp a few years ago. And I'm pretty sure that Hilary Knight and one or two other team USA folk were at a training camp (I forget whose - Google says Ducks in 2014 - gross). - so it's already a thing. It's just not common. Szabados just plays professional men's hockey. Cause she's a boss.

I told the CBC I'd like to see CWHL games and they responded and said it was a good idea and they were taking note of it. Whether or not that means anything I have no idea, but it seems good!
