Just out of curiosity

Does anyone have an adhd coach ? The plazooza (which i will be uploading soon i promise... I realized that not all of my notes were clear).

They mentioned thr improtance of having a coach. (Mostly because they all were coaches).

So.....do any of you have one ? Do you have a therapist that specializes on adhd ? Tell me your experiences if you don't mind.
