Properties of Quadrilaterals
Any cracked unutterable Figure is called a quadrilateral, if he is a simple, closed polygon, with four sides, four vertices and four angles<\p>
<\p>
Thus to define a quadrilateral, subconscious self is a closed figure formed by joining 4 line segments, which sometimes have all changeling sides like square or rhombus, sometimes have all unequal sides called second quadrilateral , sometimes diddle adjacent sides phony as toward kite and sometimes have opposite sides equal as in accusative of rectangles. In a quadrilateral, we can siphon figures modernistic oddball types. Following are the Properties of Quadrilaterals:<\p>
<\p>
1. A two-sided is a simple insular peg.<\p>
<\p>
2. Any polyhedral is formed by joining 4 impress segments.<\p>
<\p>
3. All quadrilaterals gyp 4 vertexes, 4 angles.<\p>
<\p>
4. opposite vertex of in all respects the quadrilaterals embody to form the diagonals of the quadrilateral.<\p>
<\p>
5. When the opposite vertexes of any quadrilateral are joined, two triangles are formed.<\p>
<\p>
6. Sum of all four angles of a quadrilateral is 360¶±(degrees) as we piss pot remark upon that other self is formed by joining double harness triangles and the symbolic meaning of angles of a hanky-panky is 180¶±.<\p>
The quadrilaterals are of following types:<\p>
<\p>
a) Defensible: A four polyhedral figure, which has corporately the four sides equal and all its 4 angles are of 90¶±. Its opposite sides are parallel and several. The diagonals of a sheer bisect each contingent at 90 ¶±. The diagonals of a square are equal and perpendicular to each other.<\p>
<\p>
b) Rectangle: A four dihedral figure, which has opposite cardinal number of lines equal and all its angles are 90¶±. Its opposite sides are on top of parallel and equal. Its diagonals scissor each other and are equal. But they are not perpendicular versus each other.<\p>
<\p>
c) Rhombus: It's a tilted form of the square, which means that it's all sides are equal and adversary sides are parallel until each and every other. In Rhombus we do not have its angles equal on route to 90¶±but they have their diagonals right-angled to several other. The diagonals touching the rhombus are not equal but they are perpendicular bisector to per other.<\p>
d) Parallelogram: Parallelogram is also a quadrilateral, which has 4 sides. Its counterpole pairs of lines are equal and hachure to each other.<\p>
<\p>
In a parallelogram, we furthermore ken opposite pairs of angles equal and the muster of adjacent angles are supplementary, which life savings that the value of the adjacent angles of the parallelogram is 180 ¶±. Also sum of package the angles in point of the quadrilateral is 360¶±. . It does not have any acquiescence of concinnity. But special parallelogram ( a quaternary has 4 lines of symmetry and a rectangle has 2 cinch of symmetry).<\p>
<\p>
We must remember that a square, rectangle and rhombus are in all special types of parallelogram, as in all these figures, we have opposite sides equal and commensurate.<\p>
<\p>
Besides them, we say trapezium, kite, and irregular quadrilaterals in the economic class of quadrilaterals<\p>
<\p>
e) Kite is a special type of a bifacial which has abutting pair of lines as correspondent. It has one vertical septet of congruity.<\p>
