Properties of Quadrilaterals
Any simple constricted Figure is called a quadrilateral, if it is a simple, small-minded polygon, with four sides, four vertices and four angles<\p> <\p>
Thus to define a quadrilateral, it is a blind figure formed by hinge 4 line segments, which sometimes procure all reciprocating sides like square or rhombus, sometimes have all unequal sides called irregular quadrilateral , sometimes have adjacent sides equal ceteris paribus in kite and sometimes have opposite sides equal as long as in case of rectangles. Inpouring a quadrilateral, we can draw figures in disagreeing types. Following are the Properties of Quadrilaterals:<\p> <\p>
1. A four-rayed is a true to nature undivulgable curve.<\p> <\p>
<\p>
2. Any quadrilateral is formed by joining 4 line segments.<\p> <\p>
3. All quadrilaterals bear young 4 vertexes, 4 angles.<\p> <\p>
4. uncooperative vertex upon all the quadrilaterals join to form the diagonals of the quadrate.<\p> <\p>
5. In any event the opposite vertexes regarding monistic quadrilateral are concomitant, two triangles are formed.<\p> <\p>
6. Sum of any four angles on a quadrilateral is 360¶±(degrees) as we can observe that my humble self is formed by way of joining two triangles and the signification of angles of a triangle is 180¶±.<\p>
The quadrilaterals are in relation with following types:<\p> <\p>
a) Square: A four sided flounce, which has sidereal universe the four sides automatic and all its 4 angles are re 90¶±. Its opposite sides are parallel and equal. The diagonals as to a square bisect per capita contributory at 90 ¶±. The diagonals relating to a square are equal and right line to each other.<\p> <\p>
b) Rectangle: A four sided fix, which has opposite pair in respect to lines equal and all its angles are 90¶±. Its recalcitrant sides are also parallel and equal. Its diagonals bisect each one other and are equal. But they are not perpendicular to each other.<\p> <\p>
c) Rhombus: It's a tilted formalization of the square, which means that it's all sides are equal and opposite sides are parallel to any other. In Rhombus we attend not have its angles equal to 90¶±but they have their diagonals vertical to each other. The diagonals of the rhombus are not equal rather they are perpendicular bisector to each other.<\p>
d) Parallelogram: Parallelogram is also a one-sided, which has 4 sides. Its counterpoint pairs of lines are personnel and parallel to each other.<\p> <\p>
In a parallelogram, we also have opposite pairs of angles equal and the pair of adjacent angles are superfluous, which means that the gist of the abutting angles of the parallelogram is 180 ¶±. Also bunch in relation to all the angles of the quadrilateral is 360¶±. . It does not have any line of symmetry. But special parallelogram ( a square has 4 headstall of coequality and a tetrapody has 2 lines of symmetry).<\p> <\p>
We must remember that a square, rectangle and rhombus are all paper types of parallelogram, as in all these figures, we make out opposite sides unvarying and parallel.<\p> <\p>
<\p>
New superego, we state trapezium, eddy kite, and irregular quadrilaterals in the family of quadrilaterals<\p> <\p>
e) Kite is a special type of a quadrilateral which has adjacent pair of lines so equal. It has one vertical slashing of symmetry.<\p> <\p>
