Interested in moving towards an adjudicatory or quasi-judicial role?

Judicial reasoning, adjudicatory skills and an appreciation of the modern setting within which decisions are taken and justice is administered are all integral aspects of our new Diploma in Legal Decision-Making Skills. This diploma is open to solicitors who wish to move into a more high profile litigation management or adjudicatory role.

This new diploma from the Diploma Centre will provide participants with case management leadership skills and practical training on how to run a case in any forum. It will also prepare participants for adjudicatory, tribunal and board roles, and explore the skills needed to preside over various fora.

This course begins on Thursday 26 May 2016 and will be provided on a blended learning basis which provides maximum flexibility for attendees. Lectures can be viewed online or attended onsite. Onsite workshops will be more interactive and facilitated by senior practitioners and members of the judiciary and this opportunity for peer-to-peer learning will maximise the learning opportunity for attendees.
