So, with this new post for the DLC, is the Masterlist now excluding OCs? I'm confused.

No, it’s not excluding OCs. We still record OCs and they are listed on the masterlist as long as they are Monster Prom centered.
Seeing how there is a new wave of canon characters coming up, the second season masterlist post is meant for the canon characters that come with the new DLC. Original characters are welcome to reblog the other masterlist posts for the very moment.
