Well haven't really gotten to adding him there yet xD but yeah I'm more than happy to talk abt my wee bloo boi :3
So the basics:
They're a ghoul, a glowing one, but not just any kind; he's a Quantum Glowing One. They became one after breaking into the bottling plant in Nuka World while on a his high school senior trip...got stuck there the night before the bombs dropped, locked in a room with cases upon cases of Nuka Quantum. It was the only thing he had to live off of for almost a month, until another survivor and ghoul, Briar, found him. By then, the rads in the drink had already turned him too. They both lived in Nuka World for the next 210 years....until the Raider Gangs came...
Anyhoo! Another Exciting Jacks Fact: he is a proud nonbinary he/they :3 Gets extremely pissed if people misgender him...or any other trans/nonbinary people, for that matter. Especially Skye.
They're also an insatiable thief! You'd think a guy who literally glows would be horrible at that, but keep in mind he's had over two centuries to practice...though he also has some very special tricks up his sleeve ;3
Though these do come at a cost, of course...the rads and caffeine that give him such extraordinary abilities can also cause him to experience "Crashes"...basically long periods of a hibernation-like state when his body runs out of both... the onset of which can be faster triggered when he uses these powers, some more than others.
There's the Atomic Punch, which he utilizes somewhat like a Glowing One's usual attack..however, he has managed to focus the blast entirely in his fist, resulting in a powerful, rad-filled punch. This is a little draining, abd ge usually needs a Quantum or two after to perk him up.
Then there's the Jump-n-Flash, which he uses as more of a means of escape. By setting off the radiation in themself all at once, he can produce a brief, blinding flash of light, stunning those around him and allowing him to make a quick getaway. However, this always triggers a Crash 5-7 minutes after, so he has to book it.
And lastly, a currently unnamed ability...honestly more akin to a psyker power. They have a sort of "x-ray vision" that lets him see short distances through solid matter. Walls, vents, not even safes will stop him. As one can imagine, they use this quite alot when indulging in his klepto tendencies. Though this one he keeps a secret...infact, only two people currently know about it: Skye and Mars.
Lastly...he's very short. Only 5 feet tall :3 Again, this helps him greatly in sneaking and squeezing into areas where shiny things may be hidden. He's also been told it makes him very cute.
Which he also uses very much to his advantage, of course >:3
