Hi. Good day. I have a question. What if I am already a part of a listing/directory and I want to join Cheonguk? Am I allowed to?

Yes, we won't interfere with whom you choose to live with as long as it's fine with all parties--that is your business!

Older tenants who have not yet notified us if they'd like to stay or go will be removed from the directory on Saturday May, 24, 2014 with the exception of those on hiatus who have until their hiatus expires to notify us before they are removed as well.
If you have not yet notified us please read and answer to this post as soon as possible with the necessary information. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

CHEONGUK REVAMP: COMPLETE!
Hello Tenants, this is your admin, Jieun speaking...
After a lot of thought and discussion Mina and I have felt that it's best to try and expand our horizons and yours as well. The only way we could go about doing this is to convert Cheonguk into more of a "listing" or "collective" if you will. Basically stating, Cheonguk will no longer be an exclusive directory or family. If you choose to branch out to another directory, roleplay, listing, etc while still residing at Cheonguk, that is completely fine!
We realize that this is a big change and it not only affects us as your admins but also you all as the tenants. You are not obligated to stay with us after this announcement, but if you do choose to stay within Cheonguk that is fine and we thank you.
IMPORTANT CHANGES:
New Theme! Thank you to Admin Mina for coding and organizing our amazing theme from scratch. All credits to her!
You are allowed to join another directory or listing while residing at Cheonguk.
Twins/Doubles will be allowed (Three twins per muse. One being general/idol-verse/semi-au and the other two being AU or OC).
Prompts, Starters and other Events will be posted occasionally to encourage tenant interaction.
You can now choose what room number you wish to live in.
Following your neighbors will not be mandatory, though we highly encourage it. However, you must still continue to follow the admins.
You will notice that the masterlist is only consisting of Admin Mina and Admin Jieun. Others will be re-added after we are notified if they're staying or going.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
REVIEW CHEONGUK'S GUIDELINES/RULES. There have been many changes made to that and you will need to be aware of them.
If you plan on staying in Cheonguk send us a message or answer to this post letting us know you wish to stay. If you choose to stay with us please mention what floor and room number you want to reside in. (e.g. #620) Also if you have a roommate please feel free to let us know if you'd like to continue living with that person. You do not need to reapply.
If you are on hiatus/semi-hiatus then we will keep your muse on the masterlist until your hiatus expires. If we hear no word from you when you are scheduled to return from your hiatus then you will be removed from the masterlist.
Everyone has a week to notify us if they'd like to continue living in Cheonguk before you are removed from the masterlist.
We've really been thinking about this and in which direction we wanted to go with Cheonguk and we really felt that this is what's best. Rather than just abandoning Cheonguk or closing it--we wanted to open it up to you and others as well. I think it's safe to say that Cheonguk has really come a long ways and we've been able to make many memories. We hope to continue making memories a little while longer and hopefully all of you will be here to reminisce with us. If not, we will understand and we thank you for sticking with us as long as you did. You will not be forgotten. So from your Admins Jieun and Mina we are welcoming the new and improved Cheonguk!
