A newest discovery, rec’ed to me by one of the other admins, I was so happy to see a LOTR story. I like the look into what the elves think of all this: LOTR tends to be from human and hobbit points of view (and from a male point of view) so I’m enjoying reading through and seeing a new take. 

I related to Lithien when she talked to her brother. I related to her when she talked to Legolas. And I can’t wait to see where it all goes next!

Title: Baptism by Fire

OC: Ivy Hart

Summary: Lancelot is dead. Ivy Hart returns home to lend her support only to realize for the first time in 20 years there's an opening at the Kingsman roundtable. Without her father's support, Ivy turns to Merlin for help. The training is grueling in itself without a lad with a giant chip on his shoulder and a millionaire megalomaniac planning world destruction-but she'll manage just fine.

I need to know what happens next. This is one of those stories where I’m partly intrigued by where the author will take it AND how their OC will react to canon events. Harry’s daughter has a history before the events of Kingsman that kicked the story off with a sweet than sad note. I love the start of Ivy’s character as we then meet her as an adult, ready to face the world and eager to prove herself. And as usual, I love the relationships she’s already got with the other characters. I’m hoping we’ll get to see more of the other Kingsman in this story but I’m sure I’ll enjoy it no matter what happens.

UPDATE: I, Admin Nixie, am currently without my regular laptop. It decided to die on me the other evening, and I’m using my mum’s old laptop which doesn’t have Photoshop, my PSDs, or any of my screencaps. So, to the anon that asked for the Artie gif pack, your request will currently be put on hold until I have access to my things again. So sorry for the extra delay !  I can still answer questions, give advice, etc. just none of the graphic stuff until I can at least get access to Photoshop.

Of course, we can !  Just please bear in mind that gif packs do take a little extra time and effort  (  as our usual focus is on icons since a lot of the characters don’t have icons available and a lot of indie players use icons  ), but as long as you’re okay with that, on with the gif-making !

firstly can i just say how excited i am that there is a place for this??? i think with your help and dedication to all these underplayed roles i think the community will benefit greatly! i was so wondering if you could please do joe hart icons??

Gosh, you are too sweet, anon! We just thought that the community could do with a little bit of a boost since there are so many underplayed characters that should also be in the spotlight. Having played little known characters and face claims in the past, we know how it feels to not have very many resources for them, and we are just as excited to be giving them some well-deserved love. As for the icons, of course we could! One of our admins will get right on it!
