EVENT: LUNAR ELLIPSE

We are beginning the Lunar Ellipse event today.  This event will last from today, August 12 - Sunday, August 14, with an extension through Monday, August 15 if needed.  We will be beginning with the parents being taken by Jennifer, after which all other groups will proceed as previously discussed!  Please suspend all other interactions not related to this event until it is over!  Thank you!  If you have any questions or would like to make any changes, please feel free to contact the mods here on the main, or on their Rory or Allison accounts.

As we will be playing out Motel California, triggering content will be a part of this weekends events.  If there are any particular triggers you need to have tagged or placed under a read more, please let the admins know, and we will update everyone to do so immediately!  Furthermore, if at any point this becomes uncomfortable or overwhelming, please log off, with or without explanation, and let the admins know so we can do whatever we can to help!  Take care of yourselves first!!

TASK 004.

The reaction gifs and pictures that we use while playing often depict our faceclaims at a variety of ages, with different hairstyles, different looks, and different just about everything!  But what do the characters look like right now?  That is what this week’s task is all about!

Post a picture, a gif, photoset, collage, or combination showing us what your character currently looks like!  This will give us all a better mental image of what everyone’s characters look like, which will be a lot of fun to know, too!  

Please note: Don’t worry about posting a picture of your characters faceclaim as they were at the actual age of your character.  (Unless, of course, you think that is how they look in the Wolf Out universe!)  Just post a picture of what your character looks like to you!  And don’t worry about posting fashion or aesthetics in this task either-- those tasks are yet to come!

Wonderful Wolfies,

This has been a particularly horrible weekend, and I know most of us are heartbroken and reeling from the events that happened in Orlando.  If any of you would like to play to get your mind off of things, I will be here.  If you need time to yourself as well, please, take all of the time that you need.  If any of you want to talk, vent, or anything else, please feel free to message either one of us, at any time.

PREVIOUSLY

ON WOLF OUT

Events took an increasingly dark turn in Beacon Hills when Stiles identified Heather’s body after she was found.  It is suspected that she was strangled using a garrote, but this raises a new question: who would do that, and why?  Werewolves likely wouldn’t kill that way, but does this rule out the alpha pack?  Could whoever is responsible for the animals have done it?  Or could it be someone else entirely?  Allison has vowed to find whoever did this if it is someone supernatural, adding that she knows the sheriff will if they are human.  But can they find them before someone else is hurt?

Everyone is doing research to try to find out more about both the alpha pack and the mysterious events with the animals, but so far, to no avail.  Lydia and Katie have a potential theory, but so far, no more evidence.

In an effort to protect his betas, Derek has asked Isaac and Lucy to leave the loft.  Isaac is staying with Scott, and Lucy with Natalie...although that hasn’t prevented her from returning to the loft to try to check on everyone.  Scott is doing his best to take care of everyone and help everyone, but with everything happening in town, it is a lot to take care of.  Liam is worried about Sandy and Mason, too-- and about how he will control himself now that he is feeling so many emotions from the pack.  The emotions haven’t been easy for anyone to deal with, either, especially Cora.

Meanwhile, both Rollin and Lauren share similar suspicions about Deucalion’s true motives, and Lauren swore her allegiance to Rollin when it comes down to their showdown.

When another girl, Emily, went missing and was eventually found dead, killed the same way that Heather was, the pack, and the town, became more afraid than ever.  The pack is attempting to be with at least one other pack member at all times, and is more determined than ever to find out what is going on, what the connection is, and how to stop all of this, before it is too late.
