Fenris’ chest was pounding loudly in his ears. He was trying to fight that gaze that seemed to pierce into him but he couldn’t look away from him. All he wanted was to shut his eyes and run the other way but he couldn’t. His body was slowly going numb despite the fight, not noticing his fight fading. For so long he fought, running from the demon that chased him in the woods. 

Now he had to question why? Was it truly so wrong to run? Perhaps it was rude, or was it that he enjoyed the chase? The elf’s shoulders fell and the growl faded away. “Surrender…?” Fenris questioned softly, not looking away from the god.
