the main thing is to stop eating between your meals (eat 3 times a day), and only take one portion of the meals, don't stop eating altogether, drink loads of water, it works for me, i tried doing it for two weeks and i lost like 4 kg :)

Just control your food portions , what you eat and exercise and you'll drop it easily
