Ingredients: 2 lbs pork shoulder, cubed. 1 cup black beans, soaked and drained. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup vinegar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 onion, sliced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon dried bay leaves. 1/2 cup water. 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
Instructions: Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic and onions. Cook until the garlic and onions smell good. Put in the pork cubes and cook them all over.
