Biography: Adonis was born after the world started to take shape, however he was born sometime after Gala, Nebula, and Helios.
Being the God of Beauty, Adonis believed that everything should be beautiful, inside and out, and thus he helped the Goddess of Nature make flowers, helped Gala with making the stars brighter, and helped every being with how they percieve beauty.
He started getting closer to Gala, finding that he was falling in love for her, her own beauty, her cool personality, and the way she always thanked him after helping her drew him to ask her out, Gala would accept. They would spend their years as a couple, getting married until Gala's feelings were changing, seeing Adonis more as a friend than a partner.
When Gala was pregnant, she told Adonis she would rather goback as friends, but would still live with him until their child was an adult, Adonis agreed, still loving Gala but accepting her feelings.
They would have Stellaris, with Gala and Adonis taking care of him together, Adonis would teach Stellaris on how to look beautiful while Gala taught him about his domain over space. Nebula and the God of Dragons would come over to babysit young Stellaris when Adonis was busy.
Gala would one day be accused of stealing a spear that belonged to Helios, Adonis alongside Gala and Nebula would defend her, Adonis believing Gala would never steal. The Goddess of the Apocalypse would threaten that she would chop off his fingers, causing Adonis to go silent with fear during the trial, Gala being taken away and imprisoned.
After the trial, Adonis would be the sole parent to watch Stellaris, and he would try to continue teaching Stellaris about the world of the gods, however he noticed Stellaris was more quiet now that his mother was gone. When Stellaris became an adult, he had an arguement over his father's meekness towards the Goddess of Apocalypse's rule, telling Adonis he would turn a blind eye to anything the Goddess did. Adonis tried to argue back, but he knew that Stellaris was right, watching as his only family would leave him.
Adonis wishes to patch up his family, wanting to break Gala free, grow a backbone for Stellaris, just so they could all live as a family once again, even if it would be for one more day.
Detailed appearance: Adonis is a tall man with a youthful appearance, light skin, and hetereochromia; having a teal right eye and a blue left eye. He wears a white chiffon shirt with a lacy trim and cutouts on the arms to expose a portion of them. His shirt is fairly long, ending in a long, skirt-like portion with golden trim. He wears white pants with gold cuffs and a raspberry-pink thigh garter on this left thigh, which has a red rose on it. Adonis wears a golden and raspberry-pink corset with red roses and green leaves on them. He has a pair of red shoes with raspberry-pink heel and toe. Adonis has a raspberry-pink rose pinned to the left side of his chest with a golden locket around his neck, which has photos of Gala and Stellaris when he was a baby. Adonis wears a black tiara that resembles rose thorns along his forehead. Adonis has notable, voluminous, bright red hair styled in twin drills that are decorated with raspberry-pink roses. His bangs are parter at the center with a lightning bolt shaped cowlick. Adonis wears makeup, wearing red eyeshadow and bright red lipstick.
When the weather gets cold, Adonis wears a large and white feathered coat
Personality: Adonis is an incredibly vain, prideful, and sassy individual, however he does have a kind heart and adoring side towards anyone he is close to. Being a god of beauty, he is absolutely fixated on qualities that are considered beautiful and always is eager to make an individual shine their brightest. He is one of the more easier gods to get along with. He has love for his family, especially his ex-wife and his son. Adonis has a cowardly and submissive side when it comes to gods much more powerful compared to him, agreeing with their whims even if they are immoral, just so he wouldn't become their next target. This spineless nature is the main reason why Stellaris has since broke away from Adonis. Adonis is trying to change to be more stronger and dependable, just for Stellaris and Gala.

Febuwhump day 20 — "i did good right?"
I really like how this one turned out! (^^)
CWs: Magical exhaustion, exhaustion whump, implied abuse, child whump (Meine is somewhere between 11 and 12)
Buildings and houses passed by the car window, but Meine couldn’t make his vision focus on any of them.
White walls blurred themselves with what seemed to be the blue sky—or a store’s facade?—and with green smudges Meine couldn’t be settle over being gardens or street arborization. A traffic light turned red somewhere on his left and the car stopped. A mass of legs and color and noise passed on the street. Probably people. Or cars. Or dogs. Meine watched them pass by.
might as wrll post it here too
yippee!!!! he met one of the God s
Just curious but which variation of the Adonis story does your Persephone use? As you mentioned in the post with Leuce there’s multiple versions with it but Eros is typically involved in her getting love struck with Adonis. Are Adonis and Persephone still lovers as of Ragnarok or did Hades take care of Adonis like how Persephone took care of Leuce and Menthe?
Hello nonny!
That's a very good question. Here's the story I have.
On Olympus, Eros and Persephone generally don't like each other because of their very different personalities and also because of what happened in the Gigantomachy, but one day one of these arguments went too far and Eros angrily shot one of his arrows at Persephone to make her fall in love with Adonis, who was in her custody.
Hades began to notice his wife's strange behaviour in the presence of Adonis, so the King of Helheim began to investigate and found Eros boasting about his 'achievement'. This enraged Hades and forced him to reverse the "spell".
Persephone immediately left Adonis while Hades, still angry, kept the mortal's soul in the Underworld and Persephone, not caring for Aphrodite's opinion, locked him in a box guarded by Cerberus.
The myth of Adonis is like an alternative version of the myth of Persephone; he symbolises death and annual renewal, while she represents life, death and resurrection.
Adonis doodle before work...! Tied back hair so his massive bangs don't get in the way of his reading.
