Almost 5 months ago I had my son Gage Daniel. I never posted anything about him but since its National Women's Day Im deciding to give myself the credit I deserve for creating you. I placed my son for open adoption with a beautiful family who couldn't conceive their own child. I knew I couldn't give him everything he deserves.. And they could.. AFTH Services to Pregnant Women:

Provides free options counseling to you regarding your unplanned pregnancy

Arranges pre-placement meetings between you and the adoptive parents

Assists with scheduling prenatal appointments

Provides transportation to and from related medical appointments

Assists with obtaining medical assistance, WIC, food stamps, etc.

Notifies hospital and hospital social worker of your adoption plan

Maintains daily contact with you after birth of baby

Coordinates visits with the adoptive family at birth and/or following delivery, as requested

Obtains baby's medical records

We accompany you to court hearings, if required by the court

Provides ongoing post-placement counseling

Provides communication with adoptive parents as the child grows up

Arranges post-placement visits between birth and adoptive families, if requested
