hi!!!!! i saw that one of my fics was mentioned in an ask where someone said "what were the fics the admins had to find for sudden death in the third round" and i was just really curious how that worked like it sounds like a really intense competition like how did u make the prospective admins find the fics that y'all listed and why did you choose those specific fics??? do they just fight to the death to see who finds them first?
HIII!!! we didn´t fight to death but finding those fics was really hard. In the description of the form they put a little message for all of us saying that was actually for giggles and pure evilness. They made up some ask from not so popular fanfics, they made up fics that doesn´t exit and others that were deteted!
For me it was REALLY hard and I know for the others new admins too, we spend a hole day and more looking for all the phanfics when the other forms were filled in a couple hours but that one…. I was kinda stress and more because it was need it to be filled before the interview and I was the first interview so I needed to work fast. They picked the people with most correct answers and based on the questions from the interviews!
so we didn’t fight to death but I almost die in the process :D
