{6/5 - 6/8}
I was walking past these flowers and they smelled delightful so I decided to take a picture there. I was super busy last week!

7.16.2017 12:38 PM CEST (6:38 AM EST): My last full day here in Solsona, Spain! And another spread finished, another spread started. I promise the coming week’s will fill up much more nicely as I get settled back home and have all my art tools at my disposal.
So much to do, so much to prepare. I am very excited to show my exchange sister my city and do so many things with her, but I also know there’s work to be done. I have 3 and a half weeks until school starts, and my brain is already in scheduling and scholarship-applying year. Thanks to this exchange, I have the confidence to make this year a wonderful one, and to stay on top of things. I have matured so much in 3 weeks that high school seems to be backtracking, but I do need this year to be thoroughly prepared (and above and beyond) for college. IB, you will not break my spirit!
Hey! I am looking for some ppl to take a survey for my anthropology class. I am looking at how language skill difficulty varies among native and non-native English speakers. The survey is 15 qs, almost all multiple choice, and no personal information is required. Please reblog if you can. Thanks!
16/100 days of productivity
first day of the new semester, and this is going to be a tough one. at least there’s quite a bit of extra credit available, as it will probably be my gpa’s saving grace.
{May, 2017} Bullet journal turned travel journal! I had a great time with kangaroos, otters, and a fennec fox! My bullet journal has just become a mishmash of different kinds of journals at this point.
6.18.2017 8:05 PM: I have learned a valuable lesson today, kiddos. If you’re running out of daylight and you have a lightweight laptop or monitor, balance it haphazardly so it gives enough blue light for a proper picture. I’m kidding, don’t try this at home. I almost dropped it, haha.
Another spread finished, another spread prepped! I am so close to my travels and I am very nervous, there’s so much to do that I have not written yet because I haven’t planned ahead with my mother yet... I hope all goes well.
My study space! Featuring the window that provides me natural light; the lamp that provides me light at night; my desk drawers of supplies; my additional two containers of various pens and pencils; my purse of cords and chargers; my drawing tablet (left) in its black case; my laptop; some green tea; all of my inspirational post-its + my reminder post-its; and printables from @emmastudies and @themedtimes (both of whom do wonderful work!!).
I love my desk, it’s large and still allows me work space when taken up my numerous books, and it allows me to stretch out my materials. I’m one of those people that has to have everything visually organized in front of them to properly be comfortable and efficient!
6.1.2017 2:05 PM: Will I ever be tired of Spanish? Nunca!
Jun 1: June 1st is the UN’s International Day of Parents! What’s something your parents (or other adult role models) have done to support you or that you appreciate them for?
My mother has been incredibly supportive of me in my preparation to go to Spain, even as I’ve been testy or stress. I love her for it so much!
