Do you ever feel like you can’t do everything in your to do list? Do things get left over?

First of all, it’s okay.

Secondly, is your to do list manageable? How long is it?

• Break up your tasks into smaller more manageable tasks, instead of writing “finish chapters 12-20”, write down, realistically what you will be able to do in the amount of time you allot it. For instance “Read pages 120-125 from 8am to 8:45 am”

•Only you know how long a task will take you, only you! Be realistic, understand your limitations and embrace them. The goal is to do a task well!

• Make a well timed schedule, for example, look at the things you need to learn, figure out how long you have, divide the tasks equally well among the days you have!

• Always schedule breaks! Burnout is real!!

• Don’t underestimate the importance of a good nights sleep!!

• Give yourself nice rewards when you achieve a task!

Gloomy day☁️🌫

I got my wisdom tooth taken out a week ago and I’m still a bit swollen but I’m feeling so much better🦷 I start the new semester soon and I already know what I’ll be taking so I got that out of the way. 

I’m enjoying my last few days but starting to get into the routine of sleeping early and today I just got back to cleaning on my own. I felt so weak the past week, I’m glad I can do things on my own now. I hope you’ve all been well🕯
