ADVANCED LEVEL PILATES

最初に肩のインナーマッスルをしっかり入れ、

肩のニュートラルがラクラク作れるようにしました。

次に体幹を締める作業、上から前から横から後ろから下から斜めからも

胸郭を動かすあちらやこちらに動かすことも大切です。

それぞれの細かな筋肉にスイッチが入ったところで、全体から連動させるエクササイズです。

普段難しくてあまりやらないエクササイズを、いかに代償せずに正確にやれるかチャレンジ。

時にガクガクしながら頑張っている皆さんの姿は、私を大いに喜ばせました。

今回の上級者クラスは初めてでしたが、皆さん自身の弱い部分を再確認してもらえたようです。

今後の活動に役立てでくれると思いますよ。

５月前半は上級者クラス下肢編をやります。
