“Cloud..?” The brunette asked in a soft tone and stepped aside from the counter. Once she did, the barmaid tried to get a closer glimpse and there seemed to be a tired expression found on his face. “You’re back, it seems.”

He was fine-- no he wasn’t. Limbs fighting to keep his body upright, he slumped as he walked toward her. His blue eyes were half closed and his breathing was a little slow-- Cloud was exhausted. “I am...” He managed before he collapsed.

Another growl as Anubis winced. The human wanted to help... her? Most humans as soon as they saw the dog tags around her neck jeered and spat in her way. She knew that Shinra was not well liked in the grand scheme of things, but why blame her when she wasn't even a part of the group anymore?

Humans made no sense sometimes...

Oh... the human asked who did this to her? Anubis wasn’t one to usually share her woes but this was ridiculous...
