Day 35 Somewhere in torrance to doheny state beach, just south of dana point. Passed through Huntington beach and laguna beach today, didnt get to stop and enjoy them though. I will have to take another trip up here to see venice beach, and these beaches. Because of the time crunch on our trip i havent been able to relax and explore the cities as much as i would have liked to. Day 29 Biked 80 miles today from santa cruz to big sur. So many shades of blue!! Im going to do a few abstract paintings based off these sights when i get back to san diego. Its getting harder to remain present in these moments, and to keep my mind from wandering back to my "real life". Antje is biking with us today as well, but will go back to santa cruz tomorrow and make her way back up to san Francisco, where she and her boyfriend will work their way down south by car.
