What got you obsessed with Adventure Time?
I want to open it up a bit.
What got me obsessed with Adventure Time was the fact that a 11 minute cartoon can leave you asking so many questions and wanting more at the same time. Look at "I Remember You." It starts off with a normal Ice King moment, then it spirals to going to Marceline's house, to the mistaken feelings, to the song "Remember You." The last 5 seconds of that episode inspired me to start this blog.
Oh, and what about the Fionna and Cake episodes? Can you think of any other episode that make fans froth at the mouth more for? I was surprised from second 1 of the episode, literally went, "WTF is this?" Then actually watching the episode, and loved the charm that it had.
"Bad Little Boy" expanded it even further. Throwing the dynamics of the weird relationship that both Fionna and Marshall Lee and Finn with Marceline. In a way, the Fionna and Cake episodes adds more depth in Adventure Time that may or may not get lost in the span of a normal episode.
Then there was Farmworld. I saw these episodes, and instantly wanted more and more of them. Well, I wanted more when I saw "King Worm." Who else wants to see more of Farmworld Finn with the crown?
I can't help but unravel everything about something I like. I just love dissection. Like @w3repenguin said, "People call ME the devil, when I try to dissect, understand, and interpret the universe around me. Walter Witko is trying to do all that to an alternate fictional world... Is nothing sacred, you monster?"
Anyway, feel free to answer below. Maybe through answering this, we can get more things to theorycraft in Ooo.
