Tactica: Hands of the Aegis Formations
The Heracleans: Similarly equipped to the Suzerains of the Ultramarines, but instead equipped with Power Spears, to mimic their Lady Augusta's fighting style. Ulyssean Breachers: They are assault troopers equipped with Hoplon boarding shields and Pilum-Bolters, essentially spear-like bolters which fire a few but devastating heavy bolt rounds specialized for clearing out enemy formations. They are trained to fall back into formation when out of ammo, letting the rank behind to take over, before they get in close with power weapons. Typically they lead other regular breacher formations. They are also somewhat effective at field engagements as well, especially when encircling other units. Mamertine Destroyers: Mamertines will have a modified combi bolter dubbed the Caesarion pattern boltgun, which is shorter in length but still delves out firepower. It has a unique belt-fed system, in sync with the tactical HUD, to deliver "clip-segments" of ammunition from the several staches they carry, to allow for rapid threat-elimination, and they are equipped with two. Specialists can be equipped with missile launchers, equipped with a similar belt-system to allow for the rapid deployment of ideal-target ammunition. This combined with their jetpack/power field system makes them good for getting straight to the target, eliminating it with ideal weaponry, and then moving on to the next target. Ephorion Terminators: Built as ranged infantry support, they wield the same Cyclone missile launcher, combi-bolter, and power fist array, but can upgrade to Heavy grav guns and las-repeaters. While still effective in their heavy assault role, they tend to operate more efficiently in tandem with supporting forces, sharing targeting data and priority tiering.
