Looking for a fic where Tim's dad tries to prostitute him out to Bruce by leaving him in a office alone, which he's done previously with other business men. Bruce rescues him and there's a scene in the car where someone asks Tim if he understands that what he's been through was illegal. Tim is dissociating a lot and I think he tries to take his clothes off in the car. It's a one shot I think and on AO3
