I remember how Bruce’s statement “I love you, but I don’t like you” is being glossed over just like the aftermath of Alfred’s death and because of this I realize over and over again that I will never see the true psychological weight of these words explored in the comics. I want to express that hearing such a thing directly from a parent while already going through a dark period would instill the belief in a child that their core self is fundamentally unlovable, forcing them to mask their true identity and adopt an artificial persona, a possibility that in my eyes fits Damian’s situation perfectly

Can we talk about Damian's loyalty? Those who dislike him insist on ignoring this loyalty. For heaven's sake, this boy's loyalty is killing both him and his fans. I don't like attributing personalities like Tim being the smartest or Dick being the happiest because it usually becomes fanon. But if you're going to do that, say Damian is the most loyal. Open your eyes and see what he has done and will do for the people he is loyal to. The proof is in the comics.

I would want someone, it doesn't matter if it's in the civilian or hero world, to praise Damian to Bruce and then say "If only Damian were my child." And want them to offer Damian to be their own child just to spite Bruce. Just thinking about it makes me laugh because the sentence "I wish he were mine" would make Bruce feel a bit proud and a bit angry, but I believe that if an offer like "Come be my child" were made, I think Bruce might be losing his mind a bit

I love the fact that Damian is the youngest of the family for many reasons. As the youngest, he will inevitably carry certain traits from his family, for better or worse. It could be a behavior, a way of speaking, a style of dress, or something else entirely. Being the youngest means acquiring more of these things. I'm not saying "Damian is a demon brat; he learned kindness and love for animals from them" none of those claims are true anyway. What I'm talking about is starting to prefer a leather jacket over a denim one, becoming familiar with certain music genres, the way you move when you laugh, or countless things like that.
