I am a 21/yo artist that mainly focuses on character design and ocs art. I like to learn new skills: like sewing, crafting, game designing, etc!
This blog was just a spur in the moment thing and I didn’t really have anything I wanted to contribute at the time but fanart, so I did that for a bit but now I wanna mostly centered this blog around oc works and occasionally some fandom works when I get the time!

Helloooo!! It's been a bit, yes I know- my last actual post was like…July. (Happy new year btw- yipppee!) But aaaaaaanyways- I decided to make a long over due rambling post about my Blush Blush oc Zaahir since he recently gotten a re-design which I'm still tweaking atm (i'll finish it probably- maybe, soonish ihasfgbai)
Since the design isn't done yet, I've been kinda hesitant on like posting anything related to him but I'm gonna be completely honest. I’ve been brain rotting so much about my Blush Blush ocs to the point where I just aimlessly jot them into a doc never to see the day of light again, or ramble to my friends who want to hear about them, because I love them so much...
So instead of suffering and withholding my ocs from everyone, heres just a relatively long post filled with lore and stuff about Zaahir for people who are actually interested below the cut, as a treat from my long absence ^^ ⤵️
Just a little heads up: Wall of text incoming.
✧Backstory
⟣ Zaahir is an Immortal, a deity that has been given power to view the human soul, judge them fairly, and then guide them to the afterlife. He’s been described as unmovable, wise and fair but also unforgiving, a deity true to his title as Anubis.
⟣ He known takes his duties seriously, and has been assigned to four different jobs every 1000 years after his creation: An embalmer, a protector, a guide and a judge.
⟣ While that being said, Zaahir has met and interacted with humans for a loooong time- and for a long time he hasn't been really interested in them. Guiding humanity to the afterlife is necessary and to do that he has to interact with them… begrudgingly. So for most of his early lifetime, he observes humanity.
⟣ And every millennium, he meets a particularly odd human that keeps trying to get close to him every time. A human that follows him while he’s in the mortal plain, a human that observes him, a human whose presence he feels whenever they’re near - a human that he strangely lets close to him for the first time and then disappears.
⟣Human life is fleeting and he felt like a fool letting that one get closed as it did… but then he felt it again, that familiar presence, and then he saw them. Not a familiar face, no- but a familiar soul, and every time he just knew it was them.
⟣ In the span of four different jobs every 1000 years, he met that human four different times and he lets them get closer and closer to where he had unmistakably fallen for them. Just being with them made him look at humans differently. These emotions grew each time he was with them. To the point he couldn't take losing them again for a fifth time… so he did something- a mistake that almost cost him everything.
⟣ After that… Zaahir was forced into confinement for at least a millennium. Chained up, and locked away for what felt like an eternity, forced to think about what he almost could've done. After the millennium was up, his imprisonment was over but he was to still be punished.
✧Current day (I suppose)
⟣ So fast forward to where Zaahir is basically 5000 years old now, his punishment was to be placed in the human world with his new duty, to help souls that cannot pass to the afterlife on their own. He was given an area in the human world to contract business, a place where he created the Oasis lounge, a bar where he can serve humans in the morning and assist souls at night.
⟣ Zaahir deeply cares for the oasis, but he also loathes it because it feels as if the chains never came off, like he’s chained to it. So working at the Oasis isn't just a duty but a punishment. A tomb where he can't escape. He doesn't completely hate it, he gets to interact and learn from humans, something he thought he wouldn't be able to do anymore.
⟣ In the beginning where he starting to learns how to work as a bartender in the human world, however he can't help but let his eyes constantly wander outside into the distance. Like he’s waiting, waiting for the one person that changed him completely to just be there one day, but they don't appear- he can't feel their soul. Yet, he waits.
⟣ A couple of years pass by and he gets better and better at bartending, serving people, etc- until one day the water supplied to the lounge looks different, against his better judgement he tries it to make sure its not containment and gets cursed into a canine
✧The "First meeting"
⟣ Zaahir tries to use all his magic he still had to un-curse himself- but then incomes a familiar presence, a familiar soul. In comes Marshmallow, seeing a cursed boy in the middle of the lounge, they don't know him but he sure damn well knows them, he knows that soul anywhere. And this scene would technically be the game’s first introduction to the cursed boy you gotta help. (Marshmallow has met Zaahir many times before, in many different lifetimes and he can tell them by presence and soul alone, it's like his very own soul yearns for theirs. That first human I talked about getting close to Zaahir would technically be Marshmallow’s first life.)

Okay now insert me just rambling about Zaahir
✧ADAKajmalsnchgd, the one thing I try to make clear everytime I talk abt Zaahir to someone is that he would fall for Marshmallow all over again every time they reincarnated into their next life, and he would yearn for them. Every. Time.
He likes this standoffish and intimidating figure to like any one of his customers at the lounge- but when he’s with Marshmallow, he can't help but soften when seeing them.
✧Also maybe the concept of you not knowing the character vs. the character all ready knowing a lot about you- is a stretch when it comes to Blush Blush but Idk, I think it would just be a neat concept in which Marshmallow is meeting a cursed boy they have never seen before, but Zaahir already knows a lot about them from like 4 different lifetimes. I feel like he would have interesting and unique dialogue once in a while where he'll reminisce about the past and being with a certain someone, and it’s just him talking about Marshmallow from way back from when they first met akhfoahf.
✧Another thing I thought about while I fleshed out Zaahir’s hypothetical route is that he probably wouldn't label his relationship with Marshmallow till they confirm it. Like, He loves them dearly but if in a lifetime where Marshmallow doesn't want a romantic relationship with him then that's just fine- if they want him to be his friend, he’ll be their friend. He will love them all the same even if Marshmallow doesn't reciprocate those feelings back, just seeing them happy is enough for him...

✧This pretty much solidified his love/interest for humans (and mainly human children)
✧oh and another thing, I did like a prompt generator thing for Zaahir once and like… this came out and I think its very fitting ^^

Mizuki is a young Japanese woman who had just moved away from home in hopes of pursing her passion in fashion design!

I've been drawing her a lot as of late, and with Scale since thats who I mainly pair her up with! I also did the "eye color nail polish" trend with them, oughhh MizuScale my beloved...
anyways, yeah that's It- hehe I loooveeeeeeee her so much :3
Ngl, prepping for my first ever art fight ever is kinda helping me get out of art block.
I’ve been avoiding drawing just because of the sheer amount of ideas I have, and just decide to draw some refs for my old OCs instead- which has been really fun so far :D

Ever since I woke up today I got pranked a bunch of times because, surprise surprise, its April fools and Im gullible, so very gullible...
So because it was April fools, I was gonna draw a quick silly doodle for fun as a joke but I got distracted and instead somehow got myself drawing THREE different ref sheets for my BB OCs, because I'm insane and I tricked myself into believing I can multitask three of them help
