Aesthetic decorations for work from home setup!

So this is only the second time I've had aesthetic work commissioned, so I'm not sure what's normal or not. When my dolls' heads and hands came back from being painted, they seemed a little tacky to the touch. Mostly the hands, but I haven't touched their faces. A bit of dry magic eraser seemed to help, but I didn't want to do too much because I was afraid I'd rub off the sealant. Is this normal? They used Testor's Dullcote, according to their post. Thanks!
First things first, I would contact the customiser and see if this has happened before. Testors does seem to be known for becoming slightly sticky when exposed to heat and humidity so that may be the problem. I wouldn’t rub at it any more with magic eraser because you’ll actually be taking off the sealant layers which could damage the blushing.
I hope that helps.
