This is the first page I've made as a day shift employee for the first time in three years. I'm starting with 1 page per week, so that I can make quality pages, while still finding time for daily essentials. Thanks everyone for your patience with me :)

The Afanc is a beaver-like creature found in Welsh mythology. The Afanc is a half beaver and half crocodile-like creature having the head and feet a crocodile and the body and tail of a beaver that is covered in scales. The Afanc is said to prey on people who swim in its lake and one story said that a maiden let the Afanc sleep on her lap and when the villagers saw this they tried to bound the creature in chains which caused the Afanc to wake up and start to struggle which crushed the maiden killing her.
