AFELIA - Stupid <<Глупо>>

Although very much an artist in her own right, AFELIA or Alisa Styazhkova is probably best recognized as the vocalist of Russia's Cream Soda. Her latest track "Stupid" <<Глупо>>, is fun, flirty and spontaneous with simple and poetic lyricism that attests to her charisma as vocalist of one of Russia's best-known electronic acts.

Produced by the country's foremost beatmaker Shumno, the track navigates through the mellow of its lounging lows of its break-beats which are juxtaposed to the hyper-saccharine sap of her squeaky pitch-bent vocals. In essence, the track speaks about an awkward yet innocent attraction, as AFELIA's cautiously flaunts about being watched while dancing stupidly on the song's chorus.

Contrasting the pitch of its infectiously catchy hook, there's something undeniably rapturing about the way AFELIA sings with her soothing yet potent coax,

"I won’t remember everything that happened before you/I was looking for your eyes in this crowd of extinct souls. Listen, I was so bored, I was disobedient (and) you were really needed".

An absolute earworm of a track, you can check out "Stupid" <<Глупо>>. AFELIA also features on Cream Soda's reworking and mash-up of Russian-pop mega-hit, МакSим's "I'm Letting Go" <<Отпускаю>> to TDJ's "Come Back Home" below alongside the spurting drop of her previous single "World of Panic Attacks" <<Мир Панических Атак>>:
