The paperback version of The Little Blue Validation Journal is finally live!
This month I thought “anyone can make a blank journal, but what about a journal specifically geared towards validation?”, and here we are! As someone who lives with diagnosed Depression, PTSD, OCD, and anxiety, I wanted to create something meaningful. I wanted to create something I wish I had when I needed it the most, and I hope it’s helpful for other people too! I made it available in both paperback and hardback, if you prefer one over the other. I unfortunately cannot release an ebook version to the public at this time.
