Sparrmannia africana. I love the spiral stamens on these flowers which I assume relates a new vocabulary word I learned from my internet search. Haptonasty refers to rapid movements made by the stamens when they are touched. This adaptation helps in more effective pollination.

The parliament of Malawi approved the Cannabis Regulation Bill, which legalizes the cultivation, processing, and marketing of industrial hemp, setting the allowable THC level at a full 1.0%. Malawi is now one of 5 African countries — along with Zimbabwe, Zambia, Lesotho, and South Africa — that have legalized industrial hemp.
